1 Timothy 1:5 (ESV)
The aim of our charge is love that issues from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith.

The core motivation for our faith charge is love.  God drew us with His loving kindness.  He send His only Son to redeem us out of his deep love for us.  Yes, God is love, God  is light; there is no darkness in Him.  We get to see Him when we too have pure hearts and keep walking in love.

Love is the key!

1 Thessalonians 5:23–24 (ESV)
Now may the God of peace himself sanctify you completely, and may your whole spirit and soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
He who calls you is faithful; he will surely do it.

It is so important to establish in our hearts that it is God Himself who sanctifies us (makes us Holy).   He who has called us from afar and brought us near has also made eternal provisions for us to no longer live in the past but allow Him to prepare us spirit, soul and body for the world to come.

Let Him do it!
